A deposit of $2,000 is due on acceptance of the purchase of The Waratah.
She will be foaled by Lemon Tree Stud (at no cost to the purchaser) and the balance will be ($38,000) due once a live foal is produced.
Should a live foal not be produced, the $2,000 deposit will be refunded in full & the sale cancelled.

After a full purchase, The Waratah will be empty & thus available for breeding to sire of your choice – or one of my sire options below.

1:  I have a contracted unpaid booking to Pebble Beach for this season
2:  I would supply a free service breeding to my stallion Life Sign.
3:  a buyer could use either options above or breed to a stallion of their choice.

I will breed her after foaling at no cost to the purchaser – other than agistment of $5 a day & any unforeseen health issues re mare &/or foal.
Should she not get back in foal, there will not be any agistment charged.

The family is BLACK TYPE explosive – the family made famous by Bernie & Di Kelly – an unbelievable breed.
Her foals race very well at 2 & 3yo – most are still racing now as mature horses.
Her foals have sold to $70K & I guess have averaged about ~$40k.

I have been a major breeder & Studmaster for 50+ years but now retired, farm sold & I cannot do what I easily did on the stud – thus the sale.
